Mindset, behaviours and handling pressure

Ceri Evans, Forensic Psychiatrist and Consultant to the New Zealand All Blacks Rugby team, is the latest speaker to be revealed for the Leaders Sport Performance Summit, taking place on 12-13 November at the Emirates Stadium in London.

The latest speaker to join the performance discussion, Ceri will speak alongside the likes of Arsène Wenger, Manager, Arsenal FC; Didier Drogba, Player, Chelsea FC; Andy Flower, Technical Director of Elite Coaching, ECB; John Longmire, Head Coach, Sydney Swans; Raymond Blanc, two star Michelin Chef at Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons restaurant; Geoff Miller, Mental Skills Coach, Atlanta Braves and Diego Masciaga, Director and General Manager of the 3 Michelin starred Waterside Inn restaurant.

With a host of industry leading performance experts yet to be revealed for the international event, the Sport Performance Summit is set to welcome 700 performance practitioners from all over the globe for two days of exchanging ideas and tactics, discussing innovations in the industry and building relationships right across the global sports performance arena.

Currently working with the New Zealand All Blacks on issues such as mindset, behaviours and handling pressure, Ceri was integral to the team’s success at the 2011 Rugby World Cup, where he helped the squad conquer their long-enduring reputation for cracking under pressure. Joining the 6th Leaders Sport Performance Summit, Ceri will take part in a high-level discussion on what it takes for peak performers to deliver excellent results under pressure.

James Worrall, CEO, Leaders commented: “Ceri’s one of the world’s leading experts when it comes to performing under pressure. We’re thrilled to be welcoming him to Leaders to share his expertise; his session will provide some fascinating and exclusive insights for anyone dedicated to the world of elite performance.”
